Ich gestalte die Funktionsweise von Dingen. Seit 2004 bin ich als Designer tätig, seit 2011 im Bereich Service Design und seit 2014 als Freiberufler.

Mein Ansatz beim Design von Dienstleistungen zeichnet sich aus durch:

meine sehr praktische Herangehensweise, hands-on, mit viel Ausprobieren und Testen;
Nachhaltigkeit;
einen Kodex für Designethik;
vollständige innere Zustimmung (frage mich bitte, was das bedeutet).
